It is the first of its kind subscription-based, data-driven advisory solution for executive sponsors and investors around the world to reduce execution risk by 1. navigating stakeholder and team alignment dynamics; 2. pinpointing blind-spots that inevitably arise in the pursuit of large-scale change initiatives; and 3. access to best practices through a highly curated network of proven game-changing leaders.
Since founding HiPER Solutions in 2010, I have experienced firsthand how game-changing leaders @ Global 2000, private equity, and government organizations struggle with their blind-spot risks and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics – and how they have de-risked large change initiatives through the use of HiPER.
To ensure HiPER Solutions can support even more transformations around the world, we need toscale our product and organization. Therefore, I am seeking a President of our company with a product-oriented background, is an exceptionally strong operational leader, with expertise in creating a high-performance culture, building teams, and inspiring accountability to lead our organization through a high-growth phase. I’d imagine this person having 10+ years of experience growing and scaling a product-oriented services team with clear growth results, and demonstrating strong financial modeling, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Our President will collaborate with me to refine the product direction growth and lead the executive team as we exponentially grow the business!

Scale the business by setting clear growth goals, define new roles and crystalize operating model and metrics to achieve targets.
Manage day-to-day operations including driving accountability in sales, marketing and administration while modeling the culture for the organization.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners.
Lead and mentor the leadership team, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on shared accountability and delivering results.
Develop and maintain a budget, ensuring the company stays on track financially.
Keep current of industry trends and make recommendations for improving the company's competitiveness.
Curious and open to constant learning, with the ability to empower others in a space of understanding, growth, and open communication.
Experience with working with and leading small teams.
