It began with a curiosity about a distinct subset of leaders—not defined by their title or industry but by their motivation and commitment.
Fifteen years ago, I noticed a recurring pattern through executive search and advisory work: a rare group of owner-minded leaders driven to create meaningful, positive change. We brought these leaders together to understand their unique challenges better. The insights from those conversations became the foundation for a playbook designed to help them accelerate positive outcomes.
